The team offer a range of services for owners including property (changeover) cleaning, laundry management, waste collection, annual property inspections and full project management of building maintenance and other works - in association with local contractors - such as decorating, kitchen/bathroom refurbishments, replacement flooring, electrical installations and even complete property redevelopment and design.
Our team also act as a 'First Response' for emergency calls received from holiday guests - this service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is designed to offer immediate support with property maintenance issues, lock-outs/lost keys and other difficulties in a bid to ensure minimal disruption to the guest's holiday. As our experienced team boasts extensive property maintenance skills and have a wide network of associate contractors and suppliers many of these issues are rectified within a matter of hours rather than days!
In addition the Property Services team co-ordinate Winter checks for all managed properties and are happy to offer help and advice to all owners at the end of a busy season. The team can arrange decorating, 'Spring' cleaning and other remedial maintenance works over this quieter period to help bring a property back up to the required standard for the season ahead.
