An appealing ground floor apartment for four set right at the heart of Aberdyfi, with amenities on the doorstep and Snowdonia nearby.

Immerse yourselves in everything Aberdyfi has to offer when you stay at this two-bedroom, ground-floor apartment for four guests, set right opposite the village’s beautiful sandy beach. Enjoy the ease of simply strolling a few metres to go for a swim, try water sports or bask in the sunshine. Take the children crabbing on the jetty or book a cruise out on the water to see if you can spot dolphins or seals. Head into Snowdonia too from here, as Aberdyfi nestles in the very south of the National Park. Discover its many beauty spots and historic sights. Take the children to family attractions such as King Arthur’s Labyrinth, with its magical caverns, 14.5 miles away at Corris.

Let yourselves into the apartment either via the shared entrance or by crossing your private terrace. Find the heart of the property is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you can relax together after your busy days out, with the door open in warmer weather. Choose your evening’s viewing on the TV or listen to your favourite tunes via the DAB Radio with Bluetooth. Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the kitchen area on those occasions when you choose not to dine out. There is an an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster plus a washer/dryer in a cupboard in the hall. Take two steps up to an inner hall and then wander on through to the bedrooms. Please note there is easy access from the front of the property and there are two internal steps in the property and a low ceiling in the inner hall.

These include a king-size room and one twin. Enjoy a hot shower before bed in the shower room, where there is also a WC and handbasin.

Take your morning coffee out onto the front terrace and gaze out across the sand towards the sea. Relax out here too in the evening when the beach is quieter. There is no parking with this very central apartment, but it does come with one permit for the car park opposite.

Aberdovey is a beautiful place to visit it has a fantastic beach great for walks and to relax, try the fish and chips shop and the sandwich shop next door great value and good quality food

Perfect location. No issues at all during our stay. The only problem was we had noisy neighbours in the flat above us, but it can't be helped!

We know Aberdovey well and we will stay here again Every thing was lovely and clean comfortable bed well equipped kitchen and the welcome pack was a lovely touch

Really lovely apartment very comfortable beds and very well equipped. Nice touch having a welcome basket with fresh fruit ,tea ,coffee and sweet treats and a fresh pint of milk in the fridge. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. Only complaint is that advertised as having a sea view but there was work going on opposite so Read morethere was no view we booked this apartment as we knew where it was. Had we known this we would have booked elsewhere Hide

Very happy with our holiday, it was lovely to arrive to find a welcome tray including some sweet treats as well as tea, coffee, and fresh fruit. Beds were comfortable, the sea view across the road I'm sure would have been beautiful, had it not been for a construction site being set up for sea wall works on the pier, a little disappointing but no onRead morees fault, and will be gone soon. We look forward to returning when they're gone. Beach was 2 minutes walk away, and I walk slowly due to disability Hide

Fantastic location and lovely apartment with some minor limitations (low ceiling in the hallway, and steps down into the lounge as you enter from the front door). Great facilities.

Lovely location, beach, people, great place! Recommended and having free parking too! Bonus! Very well placed and great to have access to the front of the apartment so you do not have to mess about with the side door Unfortunately as you are on the bottom floor if you have maybe another family staying on the floor above you just a word of warning tRead morehat it will be a bit noisy at the back of the apartment in the bedroom. Very enjoyable and comfortable place to stay ,like home from home already looking at dates to return .also outstanding customer service as I accidentally left my daughters dressing gown on the the back of the door ,returned within days .many thanks again and see you very soon
