Verbier is a large modern stylish house that has been recently refurbished with quality fixtures and fittings throughout, and with all bedrooms having en-suite facilities only adds to the property's luxurious feel. The stunning south-facing location provides breathtaking, protected panoramic views over the Dyfi Estuary, Cardigan Bay, and West Wales coastline.
Verbier is the perfect place to relax in the company of friends or family whatever the weather or to retreat to after a day out and about exploring Aberdyfi and the local area in and around southern Snowdonia. The property stands only 100 metres away from the Welsh Coastal Path and this links on to the Panorama Walk, which a favourite walk for the locals of the village
This elegant property stands in a quiet elevated position above Aberdyfi and has a large south-facing garden with a garage. The property is just a short walk down the hill to the local shops, pubs, seafront, and golden sandy beach. Due to the elevated position the owner has provided one free car pass for the local pay and display car park should you wish to drive into the village.
Set over two floors, the top floor has an open plan lounge with a wood-burning stove set on a slate hearth, and stunning views through the sliding patio doors and leads to a glazed front balcony which is south facing and protected. This is one of the finest views in the village looking over the Dyfi Estuary and Cardigan Bay, and from here you can relax with friends and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The kitchen/dining room consists of a bespoke 'Bench Mark' kitchen with a high gloss finish and a range of fitted base and eye level units, 'Miro stone' work surfaces with a centre breakfast bar, fully integrated fitted quality German white goods, and 'Karndean' flooring and bedroom 1 with a king-size bed, Juliet balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a shower bath.
The lower ground floor is approached by a turning staircase from the reception hall doors leading off to bedroom 2, a twin bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room. Bedroom 3 has a super king-size bed, with an en-suite shower room and tv area with a cosy sofa and 50" smart TV. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with an en-suite shower room. Finally, a utility/laundry room with a sink unit, work surfaces, washing machine, tumble dryer ironing facilities and a glazed door leading to the garden. The lower ground floor also has a ‘home office’ with a desk, office chair, spotlights and a power source.
At the front of the property, there is a patio where breakfast can be enjoyed in the morning sun.

Outside Area & Garden - A large south-facing garden with planted borders and lawn within a hedgerow boundary. At the front of the property are a patio and BBQ area with a garden table, 8 chairs and a Weber charcoal bbq. (Charcoal is not provided but can be purchased from local shops)

Aberdyfi is a quaint harbourside village that sits on the edge of the River Dyfi, where it meets the waters of Cardigan Bay, which opens up some fabulous river and seaside activities, beautiful walks, and cycle trails.
Also, Aberdyfi boasts a championship golf course, pastel-coloured cottages, seafood restaurants, shops, and pubs. You are ideally placed to explore the stunning coastline of Cardigan Bay, and why not take a trip to the nearby thriving market town of Machynlleth considered to be the ancient capital of Wales? A little further on is The Dyfi Osprey project, an opportunity to see the magnificent bird of prey en-route to the more sedate landscape of Ynys Hir, an RSPB nature reserve. For golfers, there is the nearby Aberdyfi Golf Club rated in the top 100 within the UK and the Machynlleth Golf Club
Slightly further afield you can head to the breath-taking scenery of the Snowdonia National Park. This superb cottage is ideal for friends and family looking for a perfect mix of seaside relaxation and a wonderful variety of outdoor activities and days out nearby.
